MY STORY

I am an operations professional who is passionate about increasing workplace success with a strong focus on people and assessing the process before solving for the problem. I welcome difficult conversations with the ultimate goal of helping individuals unlock their full potential through personal development and achieving great results. I am committed to creating effective teams with a dynamic that encompasses collaboration in a safe space, where challenging each other is rewarded, and where lots of laughs are shared. Until late, I was operating a commercial building that houses a tech startup community and living vicariously through our member entrepreneurs. Currently, I am spearheading a strategic engagement strategy for a family office's extended network of executive-level professionals. At the core of everything, I strive to help people and leave a meaningful impact on my surroundings.

LANGUAGES

I learned Russian, English, and Hebrew (in that order) before the age of 9. Speaking multiple languages helps me think creatively, often pulling ideas together articulated by all three languages to describe precisely what I mean.

NOTARY PUBLIC

Being surrounded by so many entrepreneurs I learned firsthand how frequently people need documents notarized. So, I became a Notary Public and lend a hand when I can to help people focus on their business and not be bogged down with logistics.

THAI MASSAGE CERTIFIED

I like to take a holistic approach in my professional life since human beings don't typically compartmentalize their physical and mental wellbeing apart from their professional selves. When mind and body are balanced so is everything else.
